CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-181 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR THE <br />REPLASTERING OF THE WADING POOL AT THE AQUATIC CENTER, <br />PROJECT 79-15, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report <br />dated October 3, 1979, advised the City Council that plans <br />and specifications had been completed for the replastering <br />of the wading pool at the Aquatic Center, Project 79-15, <br />and authorizing calling for bids, and that said plans had <br />been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of October 9, 1979, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities, dated October 3, 1979 relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for the replastering <br /> of the wading pool at the Aquatic Center, Project 79-15. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon <br /> its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED OCTOBER 9, 1979, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood and Mayor Brandes <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />C~n E.
