CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY~ CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-214 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />DEMOLITION OF A PORTION OF THE VERVAIS YARD, PROJECT <br />NO. 79-14, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his report dated <br />November 6, 1979, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications had been completed for the Demolition of a <br />portion of the Vervais Yard, Project No. 79-14 and that said <br />plans had been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of November 13, 1979 <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities dated November 6, 1979 relating to the project. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specification for the demolition of <br /> a portion of the Vervais Yard, Project No. 79-14. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids iln the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
