CITY_EOUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLE/~ANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-210 <br /> <br /> A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING <br /> TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY ADDING SUB- <br /> SECTION 6s-6 TO SECTION 6 (NO PARKING ZONES) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Section 6 of Resolution No. 76-79 pertains to No Parking <br /> Zones for vehicles on certain streets within the City <br /> limits of Pleasanton; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of November 13, 1979, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report dated November 2, 1979, <br /> from the Director of Public Works and Utilities related to <br /> the construction of a Bicycle Lane on Stanley Boulevard. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution No. <br /> 76-79 to establish a No Parking zone on the south side of <br /> Stanley Boulevard from the intersection of Santa Rita Road <br /> east 250 feet more or less. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic <br /> Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding <br /> Subsection 6s-6 to Section 6 (No Parking Zones) as follows: <br /> <br /> 6s-6 Stanley Boulevard on the south side of Stanley <br /> Boulevard from the intersection of Santa Rita Road east <br /> 250 feet. <br /> <br />Section 2.
