CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITy/ QF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-209 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br />TO EUGENE G. ALVES CONSTRUCTION COMPANY, INC. FOR <br />WORK ON THE SANTA RITA ROAD RECONSTRUCTION AT <br />WEST LAS POSITAS BOULEVARD. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Eugene G. Alves Construction Company, Inc. for <br /> the Santa Rita Road Reconstruction at West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br /> at which Final Progress Payment is in order. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance Office be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $23,346.44 in favor of Eugene <br /> G. Alves Construction Company, Inc., in satisfaction of <br /> Final Progress Payment for the work performed on the <br /> Santa Rita Road Reconstruction at West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
