CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-208 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT NO. 16 <br />TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 FOR <br />FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMENTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement <br />for the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California <br />on September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal Highway <br />Safety Act; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of November 13, 1979, <br />received a report dated October 24, 1979, from the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities together with <br />attachments for approval of Program Supplement No. 16 <br />for the installation of raised pavement markers and <br />thermoplastic legends and crosswalks on various <br />City streets. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the City Manager subject <br /> to approval by the City Attorney of Supplement No. 16 <br /> to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal <br /> Aid Improvements under the Federal Highway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
