CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-206 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING SITE PLAN AND DESIGN REVIEW FOR <br />THE REMODELING OF THE OLD POST OFFICE BUILDING LOCATED <br />AT 157 MAIN STREET, CASE NO. Z-79-142 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at its meeting of October 10, 1979, the Planning Commission <br />by its Resolution No. 1814 recommended approval of (case Z- <br />79-142) the application of Frank Capilia for site plan review <br />for the remodeling of the old Post Office Building located <br />at 157 Main Street; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, since the property is in the C-O (Civic Overlay) District, <br /> all development in that District requires Council approval; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of October 23, 1979, received <br />a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development <br />dated October 15, 1979, together with a copy of Planning Commis- <br />sion Resolution No. 1814, and an excerpt'from the minutes of <br />the Planning Commission of October 10,1979; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the site plan f6r Case Z-79-142 subject to all <br /> conditions in Planning Commission Resolution No. 1814, attached <br /> hereto as Exhibit A and made a part hereof, with Condition #22 amended by <br /> adding "All drainage problems shall be corrected to the satisfaction of the <br /> City Engineer." <br /> Section 2.
