CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-235 <br /> <br />APPOINTING DORIS SLATER TO THE HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br />TO FILL AN UNEXPIRED TERM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-21, adopted on <br />January 26, 1976, authorized the creation of an eight- <br />member Human Services Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a vacancy exists in the membership of the committee and <br />the City Council has considered applicaitons and evaluated <br />the qualifications of various individuals who are interest- <br />ed in serving on the Human Services Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Appoints Doris Slater to the Human Services Commission <br /> to fill the unexpired term of Janet Kramer, said term <br /> expiring on October 22, 1980. <br /> <br />Section 2.
