CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-234 <br /> <br />REAPPOINTING MARCELLA MAHERN TO HLRI~N SERVICES COMMISSION <br />FOR A TERM EXPIRING ON OCTOBER 22, 1983 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-21, adopted on <br />January 26, 1976, authorized the creation of an eight- <br />member Human Services Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of MarcellaMahern expired on October 22, 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has evaluated the qualifications of various <br />individuals who are interested in serving on the Human <br />Services Commission and has determined that it would be <br />desirable to reappoint Ms. Mahern to the Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Reappoints Marcella Mahern to the Human Services <br /> Commission for a four year term expiring October 22, <br /> 1983. <br /> <br />Section 2.
