CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-233 <br /> <br />REAPPOINTING GERALD CASE TO THE HUMAN SERVICES <br />COMMISSION FOR A TERM EXPIRING OCTOBER 22, 1983 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, by Resolution No. 76-21, adopted on <br />January 26, 1976, authorized the creation of an eight- <br />member Human Services Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the term of Gerald Case expired on October 22, 1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council has evaluated the qualifications of <br />various individuals who are interested in serving on <br />the Human Services Commission and has determined that <br />it would be desirable to reappoint Mr. Case to the <br />Commission; and <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS:z <br /> <br />Section 1. Reappointing Gerald Case to the Human Services <br /> Commission for a four year term expiring October 22, <br /> 1983. <br /> <br />Section 2.
