CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-232 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR JOHNSON DRIVE EXTENSION, <br />PARCEL }IAP #2566, VORELCO OF CALIFORNIA, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />improvement plans for Johnson Drive extension, Parcel Map No. <br />2566, Vorelco of California, Inc., have been submitted and <br />checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection <br />fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br />Works; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the improvement plans and agreement were reviewed by City <br /> Council at their meeting of November 27, 1979; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The final improvement plans and agreement for Johnson Drive <br /> Extension, Parcel Map No. 2566, Vorelco of California, Inc., <br /> are hereby approved and accepted and the appropriate City offi- <br /> cers are instructed to take whatever action necessary to imple- <br /> ment said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2.
