WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 79-231 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOLDING TANK PERMIT FOR HANK COMPANY AT ITS FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT SANTA RITA AND OLD SANTA RITA ROAD. the Planning Commission and Design Review Board approved design review and gave conditional use approval to the construction and use of a building to be located at Santa Rita and Old Santa Rita Road; and due to the lack of sewer availability to serve the property owned by Hank Company, it is necessary for the company to make application to the City Council for a holding tank permit pursuant to the City Council's policy as set forth in Resolution No. 73-140; and the City Council, at its meeting of November 27, 1979, considered a report from the Director of Public Works and Utilities dated November 20, 1979, together with attachments thereto, pertaining to a request for a holding tank for use by Hank Company and recommended approval of said request. NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Hank Company for a permit to construct a 4,000 gallon holding tank at its facility to be located at Santa Rita and Old Santa Rita Road subject to the following conditions: That detailed plumbing plans and probable future site development plans be submitted to the Director of Public Works and Utilities for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That detailed plans showing the location, construction materials and details as well as all other pertinent data concerning this holding tank be submitted to and approved by the Director of Public Works and Utilities prior to installation of the tank. That the property owner enter into a standard Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance of a building permit.
