WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-231 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOLDING TANK PERMIT FOR <br />HANK COMPANY AT ITS FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT <br />SANTA RITA AND OLD SANTA RITA ROAD. <br /> <br />the Planning Commission and Design Review Board approved <br />design review and gave conditional use approval to the <br />construction and use of a building to be located at Santa <br />Rita and Old Santa Rita Road; and <br /> <br />due to the lack of sewer availability to serve the property <br />owned by Hank Company, it is necessary for the company to <br />make application to the City Council for a holding tank <br />permit pursuant to the City Council's policy as set forth <br />in Resolution No. 73-140; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of November 27, 1979, <br />considered a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities dated November 20, 1979, together with <br />attachments thereto, pertaining to a request for a <br />holding tank for use by Hank Company and recommended <br />approval of said request. <br /> <br />NOW~ THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the application of Hank Company for a permit <br /> to construct a 4,000 gallon holding tank at its facility <br /> to be located at Santa Rita and Old Santa Rita Road subject <br /> to the following conditions: <br /> <br />That detailed plumbing plans and probable future <br />site development plans be submitted to the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities for approval prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />That detailed plans showing the location, construction <br />materials and details as well as all other pertinent <br />data concerning this holding tank be submitted to <br />and approved by the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities prior to installation of the tank. <br /> <br />That the property owner enter into a standard <br />Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
