CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-230 <br /> <br />APPROVING PARCIAL RECONVEYANCE OF LAND TO WESTERN <br />TITLE INSURANCE COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />Alameda County Association for the Mentally Retarded recently <br />executed a deed of trust to the Cities of Pleasanton and <br />Livermore to support a loan granted to the association; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Title Comapny has indicated that it was in error to <br />include a portion of the property listed in the trust <br />deed and that a partial reconveyance is necessary; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />a report to the City Council dated November 15, 1979 from <br />the City Attorney recommended that the Mayor be authorized <br />to execute the partial reconveyance to Western Title Insur- <br />ance Company; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves and authorizes the execution of the partial <br /> reconveyance of land to Western Title Insurance Company. <br /> <br />Section 2.
