CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-256 <br /> <br />APPROVING RESTROOM FACILITIES AT YOUTH SPORTS PARK <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the November 28, 1979, joint meeting between the City <br />Council and the Park and Recreation Commission, the dis- <br />cussion included the possibility of constructing rest-room <br />facilities at the Youth Sports Park; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />based on that discussion, it was proposed that the 1979-80 <br />Capital Improvement Program be amended to allow construction <br />of the rest-rooms simultaneous with development of Phase III <br />of the Sports Park this winter and next spring; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of December 11, 1979, <br />received and discussed a report from the Assistant City <br />Manager dated December 3, 1979, recommending that the 1979-80 <br />Capital Improvement Program be amended to include construction <br />of rest-room facilities at the Youth Sports Park and that funds <br />for the additional project be appropriated from the Neighbor- <br />hood Park Fund; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The report of the Assistant City Manager is approved and <br /> the 1979-80 Capital Improvement Program is amended to include <br /> construction of rest-room facilities at the Youth Sports Park <br /> and the funds necessary for the additional project to be appro- <br /> priated from the Neighborhood Park Fund. <br /> <br />Section 2.
