10. <br /> <br /> CONDITIONS ATTACHED TO APPROVAL OF <br />DESIGN REVIEW FOR 3724-32 STANLEY BLVD. <br /> <br />That the development be substantially as shown on the site <br />plan and elevations, Exhibit A, on file with the Planning <br />Division except that the proposed planters be at least five <br />feet in width; that there be additional landscape~.areas in <br />the parking area; and that all planted areas be bordered by <br />six-inch high qoncrete curbs where adjacent to parking lots <br />and driveways. <br /> <br />That the dead landscaping in front of the rental storage <br />yard be replaced and that additional trees and shrubs <br />be planted in the planting areas in front of the existing <br />eastern building. <br /> <br />That some type of pattern be created utilizing stucco <br />on the entire western wall of the westernmost building <br />over'wood trim to give an appearance similar to that <br />used on the commercial development presently under <br />construction on the Edgren property on Main Street <br />and that a revised west elevation of the westernmost <br />building be submitted to the Planning Division <br />for approval prior to issuance of a building <br />permit. <br /> <br />That a final landscape plan be submitted to the <br />Planning Division for approval prior to issuance <br />of a building permit. <br /> <br />That the street number of the buildings be posted so <br />as to be easily seen from the street at all times, day <br />and night. <br /> <br />T~at all ducts,.meters, air conditioning &quipment, and <br />~ny other mechanical equipment, whether on the structurew <br />o=~he ground,. or elsewhere, be effectively screened <br />from view with materials architecturally compatible <br />wi~,_hthe main structure. <br /> <br />That all mechanical equipment be constructed in su'ch a <br />manner that noise emanating from it will not be per- <br />ceptible at or beyond the property plane of the subject <br />property in a normal environment for that zoning district. <br /> <br />That all lighting beoonstructed in such a manner that <br />glare is directed away from surrounding properties and <br />rights-of-way. <br /> <br />That all trash and refuse be contained completely within <br />enclosures architecturally compatible with the main <br />structure. <br /> <br />That all trees used in landscaping be a minimum of <br />15 gallons in size and all shrubs a minimum of <br />5 gallons. <br /> <br />EXHIBITA to <br /> <br /> <br />
