CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 79-255 APPROVAL OF APPEAL OF GEORGE CANESSA OF A DECISION OF THE DESIGN REVIEW BOARD DENYING DESIGN REVIEW APPROVAL FOR AN ADDITION TO THE COMMERCIAL SERVICE COMPLEX LOCATED AT 3724- 32 STANLEY BOULEVARD WHEREAS, George Canessa applied to the Planning Commission for approval of an addition to the Commercial Service Complex located at 3724-32 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, the Design Review Board denied design review approval for the project; and WHEREAS, within the time specified by the Ordinance Code of the City of Pleasanton, Mr. Canessa submitted an appeal to the City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of December 11, 1979, received a report dated December 3, 1979, from the Director of Planning and Community Development, together with a copy of the Staff Report to the Planning Commission regarding this matter; and WHEREAS, the City Council held a public hearing at which time the applicant and any other member of the public was offered opportunity to present evidence regarding this appeal of decision of the Design Review Board; and an the WHEREAS, upon the close of the public hearing, the City Council delib- erated on this appeal; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the appeal of George Canessa of a decision of the Design Review Board denying design review approval for an addition to the Commercial Service Complex located at 3724-32 Stanley Boulevard, subject to conditions set forth in Exhibit A, attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
