CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-249 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DECLINING TO <br />TARE A POSITION OPPOSING THE INCORPORATION PLANS <br />CURRENTLY BEING DISCUSSED FOR THE DUBLIN AREA <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />several studies have been made of the Dublin-San Ramon- <br />Pleasanton area relating to incorporation of Dublin- <br />San Ramon; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, at their meeting of December 11, 1979, <br /> discussed the p6ssible incorporation of Dublin; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The Board of Directors of the Dublin-San Ramon Services <br />District be informed that the City of Pleasanton will not <br />take a position in the opposition to the incorporation plans <br />currently being discussed for the Dublin area. <br /> <br />Section 2.
