RESOLUTION NO. 79-248 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK AND FINAL CONTRACT COSTS <br /> AND DIRECTING CLERK TO RECORD NOTICE OF COMPLETION <br /> <br /> ASSESSMENT ~ISTRICT NO. 1974-3, STONERIDGE CENTER <br /> STONERIDGE UTILITIES <br /> <br /> The City Council of the City of Pleasanton resolves: <br /> <br /> 1. The Engineer of Work and the Director of Public Works <br />have certified to this City Council that the Stoneridge Utilities <br />to be constructed by E. P. Construction, Inc., in Assessment Dis- <br />trict No. 1974-3, Stoneridge Center, City of Pleasanton, Alameda <br />County, California, have been inspected and have been found to <br />comply with the approved plans, special provisions and standard <br />specifications and have recommended that the work be accepted <br />as completed on the 27th day of November, 1979. <br /> <br /> 2. That said work is accepted as completed on November 27, <br />1979, and the City Clerk is hereby directed to record a Notice of <br />Completion in the office of the County Recorder of the County of <br /> <br />Alameda. <br /> <br /> 3. <br />certificates <br /> <br />That the final contract costs incorporated in said <br /> <br />are accepted and that disbursement to the contractor <br /> <br />shall be made in accordance with said final contract costs. <br /> <br /> I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing resolution was duly and <br />regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton, <br />Alameda County, California, at a regular meeting thereof, held on the <br />llth day of December, 1979, by the following vote, to wit: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Butler, Kephart, Mercer, Wood, and Mayor Brandes <br />NOES: Councilmembers None <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers None <br /> <br /> CLAYTON E.
