CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-246 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING AN EASEMENT FOR WATERLINE PURPOSES <br />FROM HENRY L. BORMOLINI FOR WESTERN CONCRETE PRODUCTS <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of an easement from Henry <br />L. Bormolini, Western Concrete Products, of a parcel of <br />land for waterline purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />this easement was required in conjunction with a minor <br />subdivision on the property located on City Street off <br />Valley Avenue behind the Utility Vault property; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of December 11, 1979, <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities dated December 4, 1979, recommending that this <br />easement be accepted by the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The offer of dedication of an easement from Henry Bormolini, <br /> Mary Alice Bormolini and Vincent Bormolini for waterline pur- <br /> poses manifested in grant deed dated November 27, 1979, is <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
