CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-245 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING QUITCLAIM DEEDS FROM LOIS FRANCES <br />LIMBERG, CLIFFORD R. BUYS AND LEONIDE QUAGLtA FOR RIGHT- <br />OF-WAY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication of a parcel <br />of property for right-of-way purposes as evidenced by <br />Quitclaim deeds from Lois Frances Limberg, Clifford R. Buys <br />and Leonide Quaglia; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of December 11, 1979, <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities dated December 4, 1979, indicating that the <br />acceptance of these quitclaim deeds is in the public <br />interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The quitclaim deeds from Lois Frances Limberg, Clifford <br /> R. Buys and Leonide Quaglia for right-of-way purposes are <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers instructed <br /> to take whatever action necessary to implement said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
