WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-244 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT TO 0LIVER DE SILVA, <br />INC., FOR WORK ON PEDESTRIAN BICYCLE PATH, PROJECT NO. 79-10 <br /> <br />work by Oliver de Silva, Inc., performed in connection with <br />the Pedestrian Bicycle Path along Santa Rita Road, Project <br />No. 79-10, has progressed satisfactorily to the point at <br />which Final Progress Payment is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $13,216.00 in favor of Oliver de <br /> Silva, Inc., in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment for <br /> the work performed on the Santa Rita Bicycle Path, Project <br /> No. 79-10. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
