CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALA~[EDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-243 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF OCTOBER, 1979 IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $1,141,802.98 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of December 11, 1979, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the City <br />Council signifying expenditures for the month of October, <br />1979; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 025365-025732, 124-126, <br /> 311-312, 528,708-710, 1114-1117, 976-977, dated from October <br /> 1, 1979 through October 31, 1979, in the total amount of <br /> $1,141,802.98 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The financial Report dated October 31, 1979, has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
