CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 79-242 <br /> <br />RE: APPROVAL OF FINAL SUBDIVISION MAP AND IMPROVEMENT <br />PLANS FOR TRACT 4166 (FRANK AUF DER MAUR'S COMMERCIAL <br />SUBDIVISION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />a final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract 4166 <br />(Frank Auf Der Maur's Connnercial Subdivision), have been sub- <br />mitted and checked by the Engineering staff and the necessary <br />inspection fees, bonds and agreements received by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by City Council <br /> at their meeting of November 7, 1979; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The final subdivision map and improvement plans for Tract <br /> 4166 (Frank Auf Der Maur's Commercial Subdivision) are hereby <br /> approved and accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to implement <br /> said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2.
