R~ .sed Date 12/10/79 <br /> <br /> EXHIBIT "A" <br /> <br /> DESCRIPTION OF TERRITORY <br /> TO BE ANNEXED TO THE CITY <br /> OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ANNEXATION NO. 76 <br /> <br />All that certain real property situated in the Township of <br />Pleasanton, County of Alameda, State of California, described <br />as follows: <br /> <br />Beginning at the intersection of the general northerly boundary <br />line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation <br /> <br />No. 55, annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. 537 <br />of the Pleasanton City CounCil, a map of which territory was <br />filed December 20, 1968, in Map Book 60, at page 1, Records Of <br />Alameda County, California, with the general easterly boundary <br />line of that certain territory, commonly known as Annexation <br /> <br />No. 35, annexed to the City of Pleasanton under Ordinance No. <br /> <br />402 of the Pleasanton City Council, a map of which territory <br />was filed December 30, 1964, in Map Book 43, at page 86A, Records <br />of Alameda County, California; thence northerly and easterly <br />along said general easterly boundary line to an intersection <br />thereof with the easterly right-of-way line of County Road No. <br />819, ccr.monly known as Pleasanton-Sunol Road, 66 feet in width, <br />as said road is shown on last said map (Map Book 43, page 86A); <br />thence southerly along said easterly right-of-way line to an <br />intersection thereof with the aforesaid general northerly <br /> <br /> <br />
