CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-6 <br /> <br />RE: ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEEDS DATED NOVEMBER 13, 1979 <br />FROM ALAMEDA COUNTY FLOOD CONTROL AND WATER CONSERVATION <br />DISTRICT FOR RIGHT-OF-WAY PURPOSES <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of offers of dedication from Alameda <br />County Flood Control and Water Conservation District for <br />right-of-way purposes for a pedestrian-bicycle path along <br />Santa Rita Road and future street purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of January 8, 1980 <br />received a report from the City Attorney indicating <br />that the acceptance of these deeds is in the public <br />interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. The offer of dedication from Alameda County Flood Control <br />and Water Conservation District for right-of-way purposes <br />manifested in the Grant Deeds dated November 13, 1979 are <br />hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers are in- <br />structed to take whatever action necessary to implement <br />said acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
