CITY COUNCIL OF TtIE CITY OF PLEASAC]TOni <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WtIEREAS, <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUI~TY, CALIFORNIA <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-5 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVIMG REVISED PROGRAM SUPPLEMENT <br />NO. 7 TO LOCAL AGENCY-STATE AGREEMENT NO. 04-5101 <br />FOR FEDERAL AID IMPROVEMEriTS. <br /> <br />the City of Pleasanton entered into a master agreement <br />for the Federal-Aid Program with the State of California <br />on September 23, 1977 pursuant to the Federal tIighway <br />Safety Act; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of January 8, 1980 <br />received a report dated December 17, 1979 from the <br />Director of Public Works and Utilities together with <br />attachments for approval of Revised Program Supplement <br />No. 7 for the installation and maintenance of thermo- <br />plastic pavement markings on various streets in Pleasanton. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF TtIE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Authorizes the execution by the Mayor, subject to approval <br /> by the City Attorney of Revised Program Supplement No. 7 <br /> to Local Agency-State Agreement No. 04-5101 for Federal Aid <br /> Improvements under the Federal tIighway Safety Act. <br /> <br />Section 2.
