CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-3 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS, TRACT 3966, <br />PLAZA DEL VALLE TOWNHOUSES (VERMILLION DEVELOPMENT <br />CORPORATION) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for Tract <br />3966, Plaza del Valle Townhouses, has been completed <br />and a maintenance bond has been filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br /> mended by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the sewer and water lines installed in Tract No. 3966 <br /> (Plaza del Valle Townhouses) are public improvements and are <br /> hereby accepted. <br />Section 2.
