MACIAS and VERNA BERNARDA <br />MACIAS, his wife, as Joint Tenants, by deed dated February 6, 1961, <br />and recorded February 8, 1961, in Reel 261 of Official Records, <br />image 606 (AS16470), Records of Alameda County, California, said <br />intersection being also a point on the southeasterly right-of-way <br />line of Amber Lane, 25 feet in width, as said lane is shown on <br />that certain map of Tract 2659 "Rosepoint", filed on April 7, <br /> <br />1965, in Book 50 of Maps, pages 18 to 20, Records of Alameda <br /> <br />County California; thence northeasterly along the aforesaid <br /> <br /> <br />
