CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-38 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR THE EXTENSION <br />OF DEL VALLE PARKWAY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the construction of the public improvements for the <br />extension of Del Valle Parkway by Valley Community <br />Church, has been completed and a maintenance bond <br />has been filed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been recom- <br /> mended by the Director of Public Works and Utilities; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Construction of public improvements for Del Valle <br /> Parkway has been satisfactorily completed and are here- <br /> by accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2.
