CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-24 RESOLUTION APPROVING STAFF REPORT RELATING TO APPEAL OF GEORGE CANESSA OF A DECISION OF PLANNING COMMISSION DENYING HIS APPLICATION FOR A CONDITIONAL USE PERMIT WHEREAS, on December 12, 1979, the Planning Commission denied case UP-79-24, the application of George Canessa for a blanket Conditional use permit which would allow many of the condi- tional uses in the C-S District to locate in the commercial service establishment at 3724-32 Stanley Boulevard; and WHEREAS, Mr. Canessa is appealing that decision; and WHEREAS, Council received a report from the Director of Planning and Community Development dated January 16, 1980, which concurs with the appeal and recommends fourteen of the uses listed on page 2 of the November 14, 1979 staff report to the Planning Commission be allowed subject to all conditions listed in that staff report. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1o Approves the appeal of George Canessa regarding the conditional uses to be allowed in the commercial service establishment at 3724-32 Stanley Boulevard (which are those fourteen (14) uses listed on Exhibit "A", attached hereto and by this reference made a part hereof). Section 2. Said approval shall be subject to the conditions set forth on Exhibit "A". Section 3. This resolution shall become effective ir~nediately upon its passage and adoption.
