CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-25 A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SELECTION OF PROJECTS FOR 1980 UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM WHEREAS, at the City Council meeting of January 22, 1980, an addendum report dated January 2, 1980 was received from the Director of Planning and Community Development con- cerning the Selection of Projects for the Residential Allocation Program for 1980; and WHEREAS, public testimony had been taken on this item at special meetings held on January 14 and January 15, 1980; and WHEREAS, at the meeting of January 22, 1980, Council considered each application and took action relative to points for each; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves awarding the selection of projects for 1980 under the Residential Allocation Program as follows: Single Family 1980 1981 1982 Ponderosa Homes, Tract 4432 50 Centex Homes, PUD-79-11 34 Crocker Homes, Parkside 50 Castlewood Properties, PUD-79-9 16 Mission Park Inv., PUD-77-10 30 Wilson, Tract 4473 12 50 40 35 10 40 50 25 50 Multiples Morrison, Sto~eson, Black Avenue Condominiums 46 Stoneridge Condominiums 50 288 51~ 150 Section 2. The approval of the above projects is conditioned on the following: (1) That the projects in the Dublin-San Ramon Services District must await certainty of sewer connections prior to applying for building permits; and (2) That all those promises made in the indi- vidual project application be attached to those projects as conditions upon receiving development approval.
