CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-25 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION AWARDING THE SELECTION OF PROJECTS FOR 1980 <br />UNDER THE RESIDENTIAL ALLOCATION PROGRAM <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of January 22, 1980, an <br />addendum report dated January 2, 1980 was received from <br />the Director of Planning and Community Development con- <br />cerning the Selection of Projects for the Residential <br />Allocation Program for 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, public testimony had been taken on this item at special <br /> meetings held on January 14 and January 15, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the meeting of January 22, 1980, Council considered <br />each application and took action relative to points for <br />each; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves awarding the selection of projects for 1980 <br /> under the Residential Allocation Program as follows: <br /> <br />Single Family <br /> <br />1980 1981 1982 <br /> <br />Ponderosa Homes, Tract 4432 50 <br />Centex Homes, PUD-79-11 34 <br />Crocker Homes, Parkside 50 <br />Castlewood Properties, PUD-79-9 16 <br />Mission Park Inv., PUD-77-10 30 <br />Wilson, Tract 4473 12 <br /> <br />50 40 <br />35 10 <br />40 50 <br /> <br />25 50 <br /> <br />Multiples <br /> <br />Morrison, <br />Sto~eson, <br /> <br />Black Avenue Condominiums 46 <br />Stoneridge Condominiums 50 <br /> 288 <br /> <br />51~ 150 <br /> <br />Section 2. The approval of the above projects is conditioned on <br /> the following: <br /> <br />(1) <br /> <br />That the projects in the Dublin-San Ramon <br />Services District must await certainty of <br />sewer connections prior to applying for <br />building permits; and <br /> <br />(2) <br /> <br />That all those promises made in the indi- <br />vidual project application be attached to <br />those projects as conditions upon receiving <br />development approval. <br /> <br />III <br /> <br /> <br />
