CITY OF PLEASANTON COUNTY OF ALAMEDA STATE OF CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-60 A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTABLISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY ADDING SUBSECTION 10m-3 AND 10m-4 RELATING TO ONE HOUR PARKING ZONES ON MAIN STREET WHEREAS, the City Council, on April 12, 1976, adopted Resolution No. 76-79 (a resolution establishing traffic regulations for City streets); and WHEREAS, Section 10 of Resolution No. 76-79 pertains to One Hour Parking Zones for vehicles on certain streets within the City Limits of Pleasanton; and WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities indicated that because of the development along the South end of Main Street it is becoming difficult for drop-in businesses to find parking areas; and WHEREAS, it is proposed by the Director of Public Works and Utilities that this problem ~my be solved by establishing One Hour parking zones on Main Street. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Resolution No. 76-79 (a resolution establishing traffic regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended by adding Subsection 10m-3 and 10m-4 to Section 10 (One Hour Parking Zones for Vehicles) to read as follows: lOm-3 Main Street, on the west side of Main Street from West Angela to the Southern Pacific Right-of-Way lOm-4 Main Street, on the east side of Main Street from West Angela to the Southern Pacific Right-of-Way. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its adoption.
