CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-58 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR A PARADE <br />PERMIT FROM LIVERMORE-AMADOR VALLEY EXCHANGE CLUB <br /> <br />~EREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at its meeting of March 11, 1980, received <br />a report dated March 6, 1980, from the Assistant to the City <br />Manager, Lawrence Miller, regarding an application from the <br />Livermore-Amador Valley Exchange Club for a permit to spon- <br />sor the 1980 Alameda County Fair Parade in June, 1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, staff has recommended that the City Council approve the <br /> application; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON PZSOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves an application by Livermore-Amador Valley <br /> Exchange Club for a permit to sponsor the 1980 Alameda <br /> County Fair Parade in June, 1980, to be held in the City <br /> of Pleasanton as more particularly delineated in the re- <br /> port of the Assistant to the City Manager dated March 6, <br /> 1980, subject to all conditions set forth by the Police <br /> Department. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City budget for fiscal year 1979-80 is amended by <br /> allocating from the unallocated reserve approximately $1444.00 <br /> necessary to pay for costs incurred in relationship to the <br /> 1980 Alameda County Fair Parade to be sponsored by the <br /> Livermore-Amador Valley Exchange Club. <br /> <br />Section 3.
