CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />COUNTY OF ALAMEDA <br />STATE OF CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-53 <br /> <br />DESIGNATION OF PRECINCTS, POLLING PLACES, AND <br />ADPOINTMENT OF ELECTION OFFICERS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Elections Code Section 22805 and Section 22834 require that City Council <br /> appoint precinct election officers, designate precinct and polling places, <br /> and public a notice indicating names of said election officers and the <br /> polling places designated for each election precinct; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Attached hereto as Exhibit "A" and incorporated herein by reference <br /> is a list of the precincts, precinct election officers and designated <br /> polling places for the upcoming April 8, 1980, election. The persons <br /> and places set forth in this list are hereby appointed and designated <br /> by the City Council as precinct officers and polling places for the <br /> general municipal election to be held in the City of Pleasanton on <br /> Tuesday, April, 8, 1980. Said polling places will be open between the <br /> hours of 7 o'clock a.m. and 8 o'clock p.m. of said day. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2.
