CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-52 <br /> <br />APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT FOR WORK ON PROJECT <br />NO. 79-14 PHASE I, DEMOLITION OF PORTION OF THE VERVAIS <br />YARD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by FERMA CORPORATION performend in connection with <br />the Phase I, demolition of a portion of the Vervais Yard, <br />Project No. 79-14 has progressed satisfactorily to the point <br />at which Final Progress Payment is in order; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br />warrant in the amount of $12,300.00 in favor of FERMA <br />CORPORATION in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment <br />for the work performed on the Phase I, demolition of a <br />portion of the Vervais Yard, Project No. 79-14. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
