CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-51 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF GRANT DEED DATED FEBRUARY 20, 1980 <br />FROM MEGA INVESTMENT COMPANY <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />City is in receipt of an offer of dedication from Mega <br />Investment Company of a 165 square foot parcel of property <br />along Main Street frontage for right-of-way purposes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of March 11, 1980 <br />received a report from the Director of Public Works <br />and Utilities indicating that the acceptance of this <br />dedication is in the public interest; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The offer of dedication from Mega Investment Company <br /> manifested in the Grant Deed dated February 20, 1980 is <br /> hereby accepted and the appropriate City officers instruc- <br /> ted to take whatever action necessary to implement said <br /> acceptance. <br /> <br />Section 2.
