CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-42 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF JANUARY, 1980 IN <br />THE AMOUNT OF $986,421.42 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of February 26, 1980, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the City <br />Council signifying expenditures for the month of January, <br />1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Claims represented by Checks Nos.026351-026739, 132, <br />315-317, 536, 714 and 980-990, dated from January 1, 1980 <br />through January 31, 1980 in the total amount of $986,421.42 <br />are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Financial Report dated January 31, 1980 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3.
