CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-76 <br /> <br />APPROVING A ONE YEAR TIME EXTENSION FOR TRACT 4263 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City staff received application for a one year time <br />extension from SAVCO Construction Company regarding a <br />4.9 acre parcel located on the south side of Junipero <br />Street and Mission Park on which a 40-unit garden court <br />home complex is proposed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Planning Commission has reviewed the application and <br />recommends the extension of the Tentative Map, Tract 4263 <br />to expire October 10, 1981. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council approves the extension of the Tentative <br /> Map for Tract 4263 to expire on October 10, 1981. <br /> <br />Section 2.
