CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTUION NO. 80-70 <br /> <br />APPROVING THE ADOPTION OF A CONFLICT OF INTEREST CODE <br />FOR THE HUMAN SERVICES COMMISSION <br /> <br />WHEREAS , <br /> <br />the passage of Proposition 9 in 1976 established the <br />requirement that all government agencies and sub-agencies <br />develop and adopt Conflict of Interest Codes; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it has been determined that the Human Services Corm-nission <br /> is a government sub-agency; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a Conflict of Interest Code has been developed for and <br /> reviewed and approved by the Human Services Commission. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council approves the Conflict of Interest <br /> Code as presented by the Human Services Commission for <br /> adoption by the Commission. <br /> <br />Section 2.
