CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-66 <br /> <br />ACCEPTANCE OF PROJECT NO 79-13, HANDICAP RAMP FOR THE <br />VETERANS MEMORIAL BUILDING AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PRO- <br />GRESS PAYMENT <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />work by AMBO Concrete, Inc. performed in connection with <br />Project No. 79-13, Handicap Ramp for the Veterans Memorial <br />Building has progressed satisfactorily to the point at <br />which Final Progress Payment is in order; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the Council meeting of March 25, 1980, the report of <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities dated March 18, <br />1980, recommended acceptance of the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. That the Finance officer be instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $5,400 in favor of AMBO Concrete, <br /> Inc. in satisfaction of Final Progress Payment for the <br /> work performed on the Handicap Ramp for the Veterans <br /> Memorial Building. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
