CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-65 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />BIDS FOR CENTRAL BUSINESS DISTRICT SEWER REPLACEMENT <br />PHASE I, PROJECT NO. 79-16 AND AUTHORIZING CALLING <br />FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Public Works and Utilities by his report <br />dated March 14, 1980, advised the City Council that plans <br />and specifications have been completed and reviewed by <br />staff for Central Business District Sewer Replacement <br />Phase I, Project No. 79-16 and authorizing calling for <br />bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council, at their meeting of March 25, 1980, <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br />Utilities relating to this project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />1. Approves the plans and specifications for Central Business <br />District Sewer Replacement Phase I, Project No. 79-16 and <br />authorizing calling for bids, as recommended by the Director <br />of Public Works and Utilities in his report dated March 14, <br />1980. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
