WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION N0.80-99 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOLDING TANK PERMIT FOR <br />RAYMOND YOUNG FOR HIS FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT <br />NO. 7 CALIFORNIA AVENUE, PLEASANTON. <br /> <br />the Planning Commission and Design Review Board <br />approved design review and gave conditional use <br />approval to the construction and use of a building <br />to be located at No. 7 California Avenue, Pleasanton; <br />and <br /> <br />due to the lack of sewer availability to serve the <br />property owned by Raymond Young, it is necessary for <br />Dr. Young to make application to the City Council for <br />a holding tank permit pursuant to the City Council's <br />policy as set forth in Resolution No. 73-140; and <br /> <br />the City Council, at its meeting of April 22, 1980, <br />considered a report from the Director of Engineering <br />Services dated April 15, 1980, together with attachments <br />thereto, pertaining to a request for a holding tank for <br />use by Raymond Young and recommended approval of said <br />request. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES <br />RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section t. Approves the application of Raymond Young for a <br /> permit to construct a 12,D00-gallon holding tank at <br /> his facility to be locat=ed at No. 7 California Avenue, <br /> Pleasanton, subject to the following conditions: <br /> <br />III <br /> <br />That detailed plumbing plans and probable future <br />site development plans be submitted to the Director <br />of Engineering Services for approval prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br />That detailed plans showing the location, con- <br />struction materials and details as well as all <br />other pertinent data concerning this holding <br />tank be submitted to and approved by the Director <br />of Engineering Services prior to installation of <br />the holding tank. <br /> <br />That the property owner enter into a standard <br />Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to <br />issuance of a building permit. <br /> <br /> <br />
