WHEREAS, WHEREAS, WHEREAS, CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION N0.80-99 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A HOLDING TANK PERMIT FOR RAYMOND YOUNG FOR HIS FACILITY TO BE LOCATED AT NO. 7 CALIFORNIA AVENUE, PLEASANTON. the Planning Commission and Design Review Board approved design review and gave conditional use approval to the construction and use of a building to be located at No. 7 California Avenue, Pleasanton; and due to the lack of sewer availability to serve the property owned by Raymond Young, it is necessary for Dr. Young to make application to the City Council for a holding tank permit pursuant to the City Council's policy as set forth in Resolution No. 73-140; and the City Council, at its meeting of April 22, 1980, considered a report from the Director of Engineering Services dated April 15, 1980, together with attachments thereto, pertaining to a request for a holding tank for use by Raymond Young and recommended approval of said request. NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: Section t. Approves the application of Raymond Young for a permit to construct a 12,D00-gallon holding tank at his facility to be locat=ed at No. 7 California Avenue, Pleasanton, subject to the following conditions: III That detailed plumbing plans and probable future site development plans be submitted to the Director of Engineering Services for approval prior to issuance of a building permit. That detailed plans showing the location, con- struction materials and details as well as all other pertinent data concerning this holding tank be submitted to and approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to installation of the holding tank. That the property owner enter into a standard Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance of a building permit.
