CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-99 A RESOLUTION APPROVING A PERMIT FOR A HOLDING TANK FOR RAYMOND YOUNG AT NO. 7 CALIFORNIA AVENUE, PLEASANTON WHEREAS, Raymond Young has received design review approval from the Planning Commission for a veterinary hospital to be located at No. 7 California Avenue; and WHEREAS , a request has been received from Raymond Young, for approval of a holding tank to serve the proposed devel- opment; WHEREAS: this request has been reviewed by Engineering and found to be in conformance with the City's adopted policy con- cerning the use of holding tanks for sewage disposal; WHEREAS, the City Council at its meeting of April 22, 1980, received a report dated April 15, 1980 from the Director of Engineering Services recommending approval of a hold- ing tank permit for Raymond Young at No. 7 California Avenue; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves the application of Raymond Young for use of a holding tank at No. 7 California Avenue subject to the following conditions: That detailed plumbing plans and probable future site development plans be submitted to the Director of Engineering Services for approval prior to issu- ance of a building permit. That detailed plans showing the location, construc- tion materials and details as well as all other pertinent data concerning this holding tank be submitted to and approved by the Director of Engineering Services prior to installation of the tank. That the property owner enter into a standard Holding Tank Agreement with the City prior to issuance of a building permit for this development. Execution of this agreement by proper City officials should be authorized by approval of this application. III
