CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-98 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br />INSTALLATION OF TRAFFIC SIGNALS AT INTERSECTION OF <br />HOPYARD ROAD AND STONERIDGE DRIVE AND AUTHORIZING <br />CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the Director of Engineering Services by his report dated <br />April 16, 1980, advised the City Council that plans and <br />specifications have been completed and reviewed by staff <br />for installation of traffic signals at intersection of <br />Hopyard Road and Stoneridge Drive and authorizing calling <br />for bids; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the City Council at their meeting of April 22, 1980 <br />reviewed the report of the Director of Engineering <br />Services, relating to this project; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />this project is included in the adopted 1979-80 Capital <br />Improvement Program and funding will come from the <br />Stoneridge Assessment District No. 74-4; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Approves the plans and specifications for installation <br /> of traffic signals at intersection of Hopyard Road and <br /> Stoneridge Drive and authorizing calling for bids as recom- <br /> mended by the Director of Engineering Services in his report <br /> dated April 16, 1980. <br /> <br />Section 2. Authorizes the calling of bids in the above project. <br /> <br />Section 3.
