CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-92 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING WORK BY JOHN REED CONSTRUCTION <br />ON DIVISION STREET STORM DRAIN LINE, PROJECT 79-11 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, construction of the Division Street Storm Drain Line, <br /> Project 79-11, has been completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, acceptance of this project has been recormnended by the <br /> Director of Engineering Services; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The work of John Reed Construction on Division Street <br /> Storm Drain Line, Project 79-11, is hereby approved and <br /> the project is accepted as complete. <br /> <br />Section 2. The City Clerk is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3.
