GM 420031 G;.! 420033 WO 6-1922G Street Lights Street Lights Relocation AMEND..'.IENT r40.1 On September 12, 1979, an agreement was entered into bebleen the CITY OF PLEASAi4TON, a municipal corporation (City), THE TAUSI~N COMPANY, INC., ~ California Corporation (Developer) and PACIFIC GAS AND ELECTRIC COMPANY, a California corporation (PGandE), titled Agreement for installation, Mainten- ance, Operation and Conveyance of Underground Electric Distribution and Street Lighting Facilities for Assessment Districts Nos. !974-1, 1974-2, 1974-3, tg74-4 and 1974-5, Stoneridge Center, Cit~, of Pleasanton, Alameda County, California (Existing Agneement). City and Developer have changed the plans covered by the assess- mamt districts and wish to amend ~e Existing Agreement to provide 'Sot the following changes and additions: 1. Within Assessment District 1974~1, add 17 PGandE owned street lights with 70 watt HPSV luminaires in accordance with Class Can~ Special Condition 6 of PGandE's Schedule LS-1 ($6,699). Provide electric service to City owned signal lights in accordance with PGand2's Schedule TC-1, copy attached. Provide electric service to City owned street lights in accordance '.z~th Class C and Special Condition 5 of PGandE's Schedule LS-2 ($247). These additions are shown on PGandE's Drawing No. GM 420033, Sheets Nos. I and 2, attached and made a pa'rt hereof. 2. Within Assessment District !974-4, add 19 PGandE owned street lights with 70 watt H?SV luminaires, 17 in accordance with Special Condition 6 and Class C ($! ,040~ and 2 in accordance wi~h Class A ($~2) of PGandE's Schedule LS-1 as shown on PGaf~dE's Drawing No. Or,! 420031, Sheets Nos.
