CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-89 <br /> <br />APPROVING CLAIMS FOR THE MONTH OF FEBRUARY, 1980 <br />IN THE AMOUNT OF $798,779.50 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at the City Council meeting of April 22, 1980, a check <br />register and Financial Report were presented to the City <br />Council signifying expenditures for the month of February, <br />1980; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />the claims contained therein were for approved functions <br />of the City of Pleasanton which are necessary and proper <br />expenses of the City; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. Claims represented by Checks Nos. 026740-027036, <br /> 133-136, 318,537-538, 715, 1121-1122, and 991-994 <br /> dated from February 1, 1980, through February 29, 1980 <br /> in the total amount of $798,779.50 are hereby approved. <br /> <br />Section 2. The Financial Report dated February 29, 1980 has been <br /> reviewed and approved by City Council. <br /> <br />Section 3. This resolution shall be effective immediately upon <br /> its adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 22, 1980, BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers Mohr, Butler and Mayor Mercer <br /> <br />NOES: None <br /> Kephart and Wood <br />ABSENT: Councilmembers ~~~~ ~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> R.
