CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br />RESOLUTION NO. 80-81 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION INSTRUCTING PLEASANTON REPRESENTATIVES <br />ON THE LAIFWMA BOARD TO ENDORSE ACQUISITION OF INDUSTRIAL <br />(INCLUDING NON-RETAIL COMMERCIAL) CAPACITY IN THE LAVWMA <br />PIPELINE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, <br /> <br />at recent LAVWMAmeetings discussions have taken place <br />regarding the requests for additional industrial sewer <br />capacity by the City of Livermore and Dublin San Ramon <br />Services District; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is to the benefit of the City of Pleasanton to increase <br /> industrial sewer capacity. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES <br />AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. The City Council instructs representatives (Councilmember <br /> Mercer and Mayor Brandes) on the LAVWMA Board to endorse <br /> aquisition of industrial (including non-retail commercial) <br /> capacity in the LAVWMA pipeline as follows: <br /> <br />a) City of Livermore 400,000 gallons; and <br /> <br />b) Dublin San Ramon Services District - 100,000 gallons. <br /> <br />Section <br /> <br />2.
