III <br /> <br />costs associated with plan change requests after <br />issuance of building permis. Said costs covered <br />by this charge include, but are limited to, re- <br />checking of plot plans, refiguring of applicable <br />fees, extra application forms, and processing time <br />of City personnel. <br /> <br />c. Building Valuation Schedule <br /> <br />The valuation of buildings and structures for determining <br />the fee in accordance with the fees as set forth in the <br />"Building Permit Fee Schedule" shall be as follows: <br /> <br />i)~ Dwellings (inclUding apartment houses) <br /> The rate shall be that established for the appropriate <br /> group and type in the issueof "Building Standards <br /> Monthly" current'on the date~Of application. <br /> <br />2) <br /> <br />Accessory Buildings, attached or detached <br />a) Wood frame and enclosed <br /> patios $ 5.50 per square <br /> <br />foot <br /> <br />b) Garages <br /> <br />$10.00 per square foot <br /> <br />3) <br /> <br />Lath Houses, Covered Patios <br />Open Carports <br /> <br />$ 4.00 per square foot <br /> <br />4) Decks <br /> <br />$ 2.00 per square foot <br /> <br />5) <br /> <br />Commercial and Industrial Buildings -The rate shall <br />be that rate established for the appropriate group and <br />type in the issue of "Building Standards Monthly" current <br />on the date of application. <br /> <br />6) <br /> <br />Signs - Evaluation of all signs shall be the same as <br />the Contract Price. <br /> <br />7) <br /> <br />8) <br /> <br />Retaining Walls - Concrete or Masonry <br />a) Over 6 ft. high $ 3.00 per square foot <br /> of wall and footing area <br />b) Not over 6 ft. high $ 2.50 per square foot <br /> of wall and footing area <br /> <br />Demolitions <br /> <br />a) Types I, II or III <br /> structures <br /> <br />$ 1.00 per square foot <br /> <br />b) Type IV or V structures $ 0.75 per square foot <br /> <br />c) Accessory buildings <br /> <br />$ 0.50 per square foot <br /> <br />3 <br /> <br /> <br />
