CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 80-105 A RESOLUTION AMENDING THE RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING FEES AND CHARGES FOR VARIOUS MUNICIPAL SERVICES OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON (RESOLUTION NO. 77-123) TO INCREASE CERTAIN FEES FOR BUILDING DIVISIONS SERVICES WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton provides a variety of municipal services for which fees and charges have been established and compiled in Resolution No. 77-123 (a resolution estab- lishing Fees and Charges for Various Municipal Services); and WHEREAS, the fees charged for certain services provided by the Building Division for permits and plan checks, do not cover the cost of these services; and WHEREAS, it is appropriate to increase these fees at the time; NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Section II.A. 1 (Building Permit Fees) of Exhibit A to Resolution No. 77-123 is amended in its entirety to read as follows: II. A. 1. Building Permit Fees a. Building Permits Building permit fees for building permits shall be as follows based on the valuation established in accordance with subsection, infra, entitled "Building Valuation Schedule": (1) Basic Fee Schedule: Total Valuation $1.00 to $500.00 $501.00 to $2,000.00 Fee $10.00 $10.00 for the first $500.00 lus $1.50 for each additional ~100.00 fraction thereof, to Or and including $2,000.00. $2,001.00 to $25,000.00 $25,001.00 to $50,000.00 $32.50 for the first $2,000.00 lus $1.50 for each additional ~1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $25,000.00 $170.50 for the first $25,000.01 lus $4.50 for each additional ~1,000.00 or fraction thereof, to and including $50,000.00.
