BOX 520 -:- PLEASANTON, CALIFORNIA 94566 <br /> <br /> CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> ALA~MEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 80-140 <br /> <br />A RESOLUTION COMMENDING JOHN CLATWORTHY AS ALTEi~NATE ~Iff~BER <br />TO THE ALAMEDA COUNTY LIBRARY ADVISORY COMMITTEE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, City Council received the oral report of John Clatworthy regarding the <br /> status of the Alameda County Library situation and in particular the <br /> Pleasanton Library; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, Council determined to conm~end Mr. Clatworthy for his dedication and <br /> service as alternate member for the City of Pleasanton on the Alameda <br /> County Library Advisory Committee. <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1. City Council acknowledges that John Clatworthy has served as <br /> alternate member on the Alameda County Library Advisory Committee <br /> for the City of Pleasanton since March, 1976, and has served as <br /> Chairperson of this Committee from 1979 to the present time. <br /> <br />Section 2. City Council expresses its sincere appreciation and gratitude for <br /> this service of Mr. Clatworthy to the City and County in his untiring <br /> efforts and for his outstanding attendance record at the Committee <br /> meetings. <br /> <br />Section 3.
